I started this portrait on Nov 5th, 2020, while waiting for the presidential election results to finalize. Here is Inky trying to bring up the world’s largest hairball and reflects my own discomfort of that week.
I have been itching to explore caricature, especially of human personalities, once I can muster the courage. I thought it would be safer to start with a friend’s cat. Does she look safe to you?
Inky (RIP) has since had a redo of her background and seems a fitting re-introduction as we head into another nail-biting election season.
